Unsure if I really needed this item as I have carried a Kel-Tec P-11 for 20 years with a very similar set up, without any trigger guard. Agreed that the trigger on the M&P is more like the Glock style and could more easily be depressed. Disappointed that with the trigger guard, the Crimson Trace CMR-206 interferes with the fit. I’ll opt for the CT LG661 at a later date. Otherwise, the trigger guard does exactly what it was designed to do.
You cannot get more minimalist than this. Makes striker-fired pistols much safer to carry. The M&P model also fits Girsan MC28.
This trigger sheath fits the bill. It is well made of a thick enough kydex that it snaps positively into place. This guards the trigger extremely well. There is no play and an international force is required to remove it. I couldn’t be happier.
Fits like a glove comes off with a firm pull. Exactly what I was looking for!
